European Operational oceanography: delivering services for blue growth and ecosystem-based management

In this paper, EuroGOOS puts forward four critical priority areas for the European oceanography in the coming years.

Among these priorities is EOOS to provide a focal point and a framework for European research and operational oceanography. This framework promotes cooperation and engagement across all users of ocean data and information, joined by a shared vision driving Europe’s leadership in ocean observing and technology.
